My name is Sabine Scherer and I founded my Human Relations consultancy boutique in 2014. I specialize in HR projects for small and medium sized companies and their investors. My work is individually tailored for my client needs: 

HR Advisory - Running projects on organizational challenges like developing a team structure for the next growth phase of a start-up. 

Executive search - Roles such as COO, CFO, Bus Dev Manager or Investment Professionals to finally find best talents.

Coaching - Managers or management teams in order to bring out the best of their potential. 

Past and current clients include Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds as well as founders and management teams of early and later staged companies in Germany and the rest of the DACH region.  

My professional experience include 14 years working at Wellington Partners in Munich and London, 2 years at Michael Page and 2 years at Allianz Asset Management in Munich and 8 years at JP Morgan in Frankfurt, London and New York.
